All Fusion team members raise their salary. They are responding to God's call and need a team around them who support, encourage and pray for them. SINK OR SWIM
These are phrases commonly spoken over students before university commences. For me, these exhilarating claims were certainly fulfilled during my three years at Southampton University, but quite honestly, not in the way I would have chosen. During semester 1, my Dad was diagnosed with cancer, and by Christmas, I was fatherless. For an outsider, these life-changing events only ever give you glimpses of how the aftermath truly unravels. Nothing prepares you for such a sink or swim moment.
TWO CONSTANTS

99.22% of UK students don’t yet know the extravagant love of Jesus. Meaning, 99.22% are unaware of the spiritual life jacket local churches provide that intercept sinking, let alone, growth opportunities that enable students to swim with belief.
73.0% of students abandon faith during these years. This statistic hurts! University should be where students thrive, transform their environment and carry their faith forward impacting future generations.
MY ADVENTURE BEGINS
As Student Mission Developer I am joining in with the Spirit's movement that will bring Jesus’ radical love to university cities in the South and across the UK. My deepest convictions include: aligning city churches, pioneering new projects centred around student mission, resourcing student workers and training students to lead with authority, disciple and invite circles into the Kingdom.
