Partnering with JustSow, we’re helping Gospel Entrepreneurs receive £1000 seed gifts to share the gospel with students creatively.
We’ve partnered with JustSow who direct money to Gospel Entrepreneurs to see gospel seed scattered. They’re looking to make projects from Gospel Entrepreneurs available for Sowers to give seeds of £1000, so that the gospel can be brought to students in creative ways.
Maybe you want to make hampers for every fresher arriving, produce a podcast specifically aimed at students that don’t know Jesus or give out free coffees to spark gospel conversations. Whatever your idea is, if it’s focused on reaching students and has clear measurable goals, we want to hear it!
If your project is published onto JustSow and selected by a Sower for funding, the student seed will be paid to your church via Stewardship. We’ll then follow up with you throughout the process to see how your project is coming along and how you’re using the money.

Game on Freshers
Game on Freshers is a high-energy afternoon of nostalgic sports day chaos: tug-of-war, sack races, dizzy football, relays, and more. Think summer-camp vibes with free BBQ or loaded nachos, quick-fire challenges, and prizes. Run by student teams and local churches, it’s where faith and fun collide — helping freshers meet other Christian students, connect with local student pastors, and get invited into life-giving church community in a low-pressure, personal way.
8Night
8Night is where 8 strangers become friends, and friends encounter Jesus. Our aim is to create deep connection amongst strangers around the table – inspired by Jesus’ Kingdom banquet in Luke 14 – and see lives transformed through food, friendship and the gospel. Each week, 2 hosts invite 6 students off of the streets and campuses to an extravagant dinner. Using Fusion DMC decks, these meals create space for deep connection, honest conversation, and natural gospel encounters
Tommy's Pizza
Tommy's Pizza project will be making and handing out 3,500 slices of pizza to Students in Newcastle during Freshers Week, engaging them in conversations about Jesus and inviting them to Alpha and to Try Church. JustSow funding will enable us to increase our engagement with students through Tommy's Pizza. JustSow funding will also enable far greater follow-up as we seek to host post-freshers events and meet up with those who want to find out more.
