All Fusion team members raise their salary. They are responding to God's call and need a team around them who support, encourage and pray for them. This is not only good for that team member in confirming their calling to the role, it is also the momentum behind the movement and we believe it is also good for you. Will you be part of their team?

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been a keen evangelist. The first time I remember sharing Jesus I was five years old and invited two friends to come over. As you do, I told them all about how they were going to hell and what a terrible time that would be. Unsurprisingly they ran home crying.

Since then, I’m happy to say that my methods have changed but my heart has not. Throughout the course of my life, God has continued to break my heart for the lost.

I lived in America for 13 years and felt the Lord call me into ministry during the summer following my first year of University at Wheaton College in Illinois. When I arrived back at Wheaton the following year, I changed my course of study from Anthropology to Christian Formation and Ministry. During the following years at University, I was blessed to take courses in evangelism and put what I learned into practice by sharing Jesus with my castmates as a napkin in our production of Beauty and the Beast.

In my final year of University, God taught me about the power of intercession and began to burden me for the spiritual state of the UK. After a radical moment of confirmation from the Holy Spirit, I made plans to move to England and complete the School of Ministry at St.Aldates Church in Oxford.

At St.Aldates, God continued to move me to pray for the lost and granted me countless opportunities to share Him with University students. I felt like I had hit the jackpot when I got introduced to student mission. Getting hired as an Evangelism Developer by Fusion is a dream come true.

I am so excited to partner with you in prayer and sharing resources so that together we can contend for the unsaved and extend the hand of Jesus to students across the country.
