All Fusion team members raise their salary. They are responding to God's call and need a team around them who support, encourage and pray for them. This is not only good for that team member in confirming their calling to the role, it is also the momentum behind the movement and we believe it is also good for you. Will you be part of their team?

Over the last 16 years it has been a privilege to serve a huge range of churches as they seek to love, welcome and reach the students on their doorsteps. In this remarkable season of spiritual openness more and more churches are saying yes to playing a part in this mission field and I love that I get to think of ways that we can play our part in strengthening them to do so. We are helping local churches start from scratch in reaching students, whilst also challenging those with confidence and experience to take new risks - discovering new ways to share the gospel with each new cohort of students. The church can be such a gift to a spiritually hungry generation and this generation can be absolute dynamite in awakening, inspiring and strengthening the church. I get to cheer on the church, strengthen our team in serving her and think strategically about how we can sharpen our tools, training and partnerships to do that really well.

Partnering with me means getting to play a part in that too - helping us as a team to encourage, cheer on and equip the church in her mission to students. It's great to be able to be a bridge to help you join in with this mission, and to have a team of brilliant cheerleaders as I play my part too.
