A number of the locations on the loveyouruni tour featured a seminar called ‘mission styles’. This is an idea the fusion team have been thinking about for a while.
I’m sure you know some people who leap at the opportunity to turn up the heat at a ‘grill a Christian’ forum. Others are incredibly impacted by a simple act of kindness and there are plenty of people at uni who need to wrestle with facts and theories before they make a decision. Why do some of my friends want to see the effect of a belief in action before they give time to hear about it where others just want to get stuck in regardless and find out what it’s all about on the way? The mission styles seminars explore some of these issues and ideas to help us release ourselves, others and maximise our effectiveness in mission and evangelism.
